GUOBIE series for electrodriling (Telesystems)

Geophysical devices GUOBIE series (instead of telemetry systems Series STE) are available in diameters of 127 mm, 164 mm, 185 mm and 215 mm and designed to monitor drilling parameters when posting directional and horizontal wells electric drills.

In accordance with TU U 30655039.003-2001.

Geophysical devices allow to measure the following parameters while drilling:
  • Zemith angle.
  • Magnetic azimuth.
  • Whipstock orientation angle.
  • Whipstock azimuth.

GUOBIE-S series for turbodrilling (Telesystems)

Geophysical devices GUOBIT series are designed to monitor drilling parameters when posting directional and horizontal wells, as well as sidetracking horizontal sidetracks from old wells using hydraulic downhole motors.

In accordance with TU U 30655039.002-2001.

Geophysical devices allow to measure the following parameters while drilling:
  • Zemith angle;
  • Magnetic azimuth.
  • Whipstock orientation angle.
  • Whipstock azimuth.
  • Bottom hole temperature.
  • Docking control.
  • Control of natural radioactivity of formations.

The downhole tool (immersion device) is connected directly to the wireline geophysical head, and the information is transmitted to the surface on a single conductor logging cable, that helps to descend (ascend) into the well. A non-magnetic special docking device with external diameters from 95 mm to 215 mm is used for its landing in the hole. Output from the wireline-tube into the annular space is done with the help of the link sub. Parameters of gamma ray are displayed on a personal computer.

Indication of downhole parameters can be carried out on both the receiving - transmitting device, that the part of the geophysical devices and on the personal computer. Downhole tool diameter is 36 mm, and a gamma ray log- device 42 mm. Removing and replacing the downhole tool is carried out without lifting the drilling tool.
